Terms and Conditions 

1. Definitions:

“Factory” refers to ICADEAU Frames Factory.

“Client” refers to the individual or entity placing the order.

2. Products:
The Factory provides frames, wall art, printing services, and custom artwork mounting. All products are produced according to the specifications approved by the Client at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders & Confirmation:

Orders can be placed in-store, online, via social media, or through official communication channels.

An order is considered confirmed once the design/measurements are approved and the required deposit has been paid.

Any changes requested after confirmation may affect the price or delivery timeline.

4. Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of (20% – 50%) is required based on the nature of the order.

The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery or prior to shipment.

Accepted payment methods are those officially provided by the Factory.

5. Production Time:

Production time varies depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

The Factory will make all reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe.

The Factory is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (shipping delays, customs, material supply issues, force majeure, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property:

All original designs, artwork, and frame concepts created by the Factory are the exclusive intellectual property of ICADEAU Frames Factory and may not be duplicated, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written approval.

If the Client provides their own artwork or design, the Client is fully responsible for securing usage rights and intellectual property clearances.

7. Return & Exchange Policy:

Custom-made products are non-returnable once production has started.

Exchanges are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects, reported within 1 month of receiving the order.

Variations in color tones, finishes, textures, or print appearance due to lighting or display screens are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

8. Warranty:

The Factory guarantees the quality of materials and craftsmanship for 60 days from the date of delivery.

Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or storage conditions outside recommended guidelines.

9. Shipping & Delivery:

Delivery and shipping services are available locally and internationally upon request.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the Client is responsible for tracking and receiving the shipment.
