Return & Exchange Policy – (icadeaugallery)

At icadeaugallery, we are committed to customer satisfaction and high product quality. Therefore, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If there is a manufacturing defect, the factory will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

If the exchange is for any other reason (such as size or color change), the customer is responsible for shipping costs only.

3. Customized Orders

Items that are custom-made (specific sizes, colors, or personalized designs) cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
